I recon the UV will only be on for a few months, 6 tops, so why pass water thru something you not using Put a blooming great bypass in and miss it when not using it

the way I see it, the UV will need a swept bend going in, so why not use a swept T, and use the other bit of the T as a bypass, losing nothing

tony all you will need for any pond builder is TEA , put a it of glocose in it , get him working faster

as for the uvc either run it all the time or dont waste your money , as boughts of green water can affect your water ph kh ect , then affect your filter !!

the best water for koi , is a touch off green

I read what you said in a book, that a bit of green water is good for koi. So when I want it green, bypass the UV, less bends, the Sequence won't have to work as hard and therefore will be cheaper to run
To me, it is a genius of an idea

I have removed my header pool from waterfall. I will move my magnolia soon. It's in the way.
Lee will start early April. I will start to move fish a month before that, a coupleish at a time. I will move a filter over first to mums.
